You have now completed a number of years as an Agency recruiter and you look back on a successful time. Yet something is missing. As a software engineer in test, you're also aware of people and process challenges and how that impacts results too.

Your role

As a chief talent, you are ultimately responsible for all Recruitment matters within our label. With us, this means coordinating the process from start to finish and making sure you keep building a community, keeping your pipeline full. You are the most important link in every application process so that it runs smoothly and everyone involved is aware of their role. You have an eye for what can be improved and you are not afraid to make a plan and to discuss this with others. It is important that we remain visible at all times. Together with our Marketeer Ràchel, you can make new plans to boost hiring. You may have seen something unique for our Employer Branding or an event, everything is possible. We'd rather you try something and work it out differently than get stuck in ideas.
