Your role and responsibilities

As Project Manager / Scrum Master, you lead and supervise projects for our clients, and you are often the first point of contact. At times the project takes place using 'traditional project management ’in the PRINCE2/IPMA tradition with Project Plans, Stage Plans, and Highlight Reports. This is often needed for implementing Google Workspace and infrastructure projects on the Google Cloud Platform.

Also, projects usually take place according to Scrum/Agile, with sprints, Scrum ceremonies and a strong Product Backlog. This is, for example, the case when building (back-end) applications, web- and mobile apps, AI/ML applications, performing POCs or with product development in general.

You have broad knowledge about leading/guiding projects, a background in different sectors, and experience with PRINCE2 and Scrum/Agile methodologies. We think you must have a knack for both styles. You will often work on projects involving technologies such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Data/AI/ML, but also Freshworks, or Salesforce.

Your background

  • Bachelor / Master's degree in Computer Science or something similar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in (supervising) projects at the intersection between business and IT.
  • Knowledge of concepts like web-based workplace, cloud-first, SaaS, and DevOps.
  • Strong affinity with Google Cloud and possibly with one of the other big Cloud servers.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies: migration to web-based workplaces, setting up cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, machine learning, web apps and mobile apps, developing using a modern programming language, SQL / NoSQL, (cloud) security and networking.
  • You know what it's like to fulfill the role of Scrum Master, and you are awesome at it.
  • Scrum certification like PSM-I or CSM.
  • It would be nice if you had previous experience with PRINCE2 and/or IPMA.
  • You are a born talker and are therefore a powerful communicator.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

  • You can explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • People call you a fixer. You finish every assignment with a professional and systematic approach, both independently and in a team.
  • At parties, you make everyone excited about your work.

A real training budget of €5,000, without a fight. In fact, it’s your obligation to spend it every year.

Attending and speaking at relevant worldwide conferences doesn’t come out of your vacation time.
