As SRE Consultant at Xebia, your to-do list would look like this:

Help the customer define helpful SLI’s, SLO’s, and SLA’s for their services

Implement SRE practices such as error budgets, error budget policies, and post-mortems

Automate everything by leveraging state of the art tools and frameworks

Establish intelligent infrastructures using cloud-native and/or container-based platforms

Train teams to become a continuously improving, customer-centric team

A real training budget of €5,000, without a fight. In fact, it’s your obligation to spend it every year.

Choose the laptop and phone you want! And on top of that, you can choose new devices every 2 year. You will also have the advantage of an unlimited budget for ordering the books you need to grow as professional.
